+## Working with the Project
+
+### Running Tasks
+
+All VS Code tasks are configured to work with the new structure:
+
+- **Ctrl+Shift+B** - Process All Data (updates JSON from CSV)
+- **Ctrl+Shift+P** → "Tasks: Run Task" → "Start Flask Server"
+
+### Updating Data
+
+When you update `app/data/products.csv`:
+1. Press **Ctrl+Shift+B** to run "Process All Data"
+2. This generates fresh JSON files in `app/data/`
+
+### Starting the Server
+
+1. Press **Ctrl+Shift+P**
+2. Type "Tasks: Run Task"
+3. Select "Start Flask Server"
+4. Open http://127.0.0.1:8080
+
